Reham Essa is the Founder and Executive Director of Pure Hearts. As a mother to an autistic child, Reham dedicated her life to special education, speech pathology, and pragmatics. Reham is a Pragmatics Language and Speech Pathologist and a postgraduate researcher in Speech Therapy, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Special Education. Prior to her interest in Speech Therapy and Special Education, she was a successful Senior Architect for more than two decades. As an Engineer, Reham is fascinated by problem-solving, constructing paradigms, and deconstructing complex issues. As a Speech Pathologist, Reham is gifted with patience for her clients and in-depth knowledge of her field.
Her passion for Architecture and Special Education allowed her to create interdisciplinary methods combining these two fields for robust pedagogical approaches in education and therapy of young children.
Reham holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Helwan University, a Diploma in Autism, Special Education, and E-Learning with a specialization in Mathematics from Ain Shams University. She also holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Cairo University.
Reham enjoys her time with her two beautiful children, she also enjoys swimming, and Racket ball.
